Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any issue
• If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may include applicable charges
• If the customer is unresponsive for 7 days, the order may be cancelled automatically

Return Policy

• Customized PC builds cannot be returned
• Product must be unused and not opened to be eligible for return within 14-days
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective at delivery
• Customer must provide image or video proof when submitting a complaint

Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed after approval of return or cancellation
• Refund method will be based on the original payment method:
  • Card Payment: refund will be returned to the same card within 15–20 days
  • Cash Payment: refund will be processed within 2–3 days (bank details may be required)
• Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the customer

Important Notes

• No return or cancellation is accepted once the product is delivered, except for damaged items
• Processing and delivery delays may occur due to operational or external factors 

5- Warranty Policy

• New Products: All new products come with a 1-year warranty
• Open Box Products: Warranty is 1 to 3 months, depending on the product
• If warranty is not clearly mentioned, it will be specified on the product page
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty
• Warranty claims are eligible for product exchange only
• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided
• Customer must provide proof (invoice/order details) when claiming warranty.

Exchange & Warranty Claims

• In warranty cases, only product exchange is applicable
• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
• Exchange process may take a few business days after approval
